Apply to become a stockist

Thank you for your interest in becoming one of our stockists. In order to get started on offering you Bare Sandals products at 50% off retail, there are 3 easy steps you must follow:

 

Step 1: send us the following information to our email at: wholesale@mybaresandals.com

  • Your name
  • Your store's official name
  • Your business website
  • Business Address
  • Phone Number
  • Social Media Handles
  • Your EIN Tax ID number

    ** Please note that in order to qualify for our wholesale pricing, you MUST provide us with an EIN number. **

     

    Step 2: Open an account with Bare Sandals. 

    • On top of our homepage, click on the link which states "My Account".
    • Sign up for a new account.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with your account details.
    • Confirm your account, and log in into your account on our website.
    • On our website, click "View Addresses" 
    • and "Add new Address"
    • Please add the correct shipping address to which your Wholesale order will be sent to. 

    Please allow 24 hours for us to process your request and add you to our "Stockist" list on our end of the website. Once your account is activated, you will receive an email with a discount code which you will be able to apply at the checkout when you place your order. 

     

    Step 3: Complete your order

    • While logged in, placed the desired items, quantity and sizes ( if available ) to cart.
    • When ready, go through the first stage of checkout and add any notes for us to see.
    • On the next page, you will be able to apply the wholesale discount code towards your order.
    • At this point, you should have received the discount code via email, and it should also be active in our shop. 
    • Proceed through the checkout process with payment, shipping costs and taxes ( if any ). 
    • Once you receive the confirmation number that your order has been placed - you are all set! 

      Your order will be confirmed via e-mail. Standard production time ( 5 to 7 business days ) applies to your wholesale order. If there are any issues with production, or if production must be extended past 7 business days you will be notified via e-mail or phone. 

       

      Each item in your order will be placed on our custom made necklace holder, which will be wrapped in tissue paper. The necklace holders are standard size, and easily accommodate all types of displays in your store. All items will be bubble wrapped and further packaged for shipping.

       

      Your order will be shipped to you via USPS ( United States Postal Service ) First Class, Priority, or Priority Express. All orders include a tracking number. Orders over $250.00 USD will automatically insured at no cost to you. 

       

      Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer the Net 30 / Net 60 payment terms in our shop. Full, 100% of wholesale payment must be made at the checkout when placing your order. Due to this, we provide our wholesalers with NO MINIMUM requirement on order amount or quantity amount. You can order as little, as much and as often as you like.
