All prices are quoted in US Dollars. You can switch the currency on top of our website. The currency converter will show you the prices in your currency of choice.
What will you do with my personal information?
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we disclose your information. Please feel free to check out our privacy policy page for reference.
How can I use a coupon?
Discount codes must be entered upon purchasing your items. When you go to the checkout page, you will be able to enter a coupon code directly at the checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the amount if you do not enter it as you checkout. You are more than welcome to use the code on your next purchase.
Can I speak to a real person about an order/customization requests?
Absolutely. Please email us at customerservice@mybaresandals.com. We will get back to your questions and requests within 24 hours of your initial inquiry. Feel free to check out our Custom Orders page for more information, and to learn the steps of customizing your order.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Sure! Just leave a personal message in the "additional comments" section as you are checking out. Your personalized note will be typed up and included in the gift box along with your order.
Does my order come gift wrapped?
All orders from Bare Sandals are individually gift-wrapped.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
You can change your shipping address by contacting us at customerservice@mybaresandals.com PRIOR to the shipment of your order. Be sure to include your order number within the body of the email. Once your order leaves our studio, we cannot change the address of the recipient.
How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. The payment is deducted at the time of the order.
How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive?
It takes anywhere from 5 - 7 business days to process and create all orders. Since all orders are handmade, please allow this time for us to make your order from the scratch.
Shipment will be made as soon as your order is processed, created, and packaged to our standards. You will be notified via e-mail when your order ships. You will be given a tracking number along with the confirmation e-mail.
I have small children, should I buy them sandals?
Please be advised that all of our products are made with very small materials and any rough handling may damage the sandals. In addition, be advised that children under the age of 12 are not encouraged to be wearing Bare Sandals. The sandals may break and the beads may be swallowed, providing a choking hazard for small children. In case of such situation, Bare Sandals is not responsible for any personal damages.
What if my package is lost?
Please be sure to track your package. In case of questions, please contact your local post office with inquiries. Bare Sandals is not responsible for any lost packages due to postal services.
Can I return or exchange the sandals?
Sure. Please fill contact us at customerservice@mybaresandals.com within 30 days of the receipt of your sandals.
Bare Sandals is not responsible for any postage costs associated with the return of the product. You will receive your refund within 3 business days from the day we receive the sandals back in our warehouse.
I live in a different country, can I still buy the sandals?
Absolutely. We ship worldwide.
I need help with sizing. I am not sure which size to get.

Liability for lost or damaged goods
Orders are sent using a reliable postal service. If you are unable to provide a secure location for your order to be received, Bare Sandals is not liable to replace the lost order or provide a refund. If in the event your item is lost via the postal service, and you have not paid for shipping with insurance, we are not liable for the package and will not be obligated to give you a refund.

Can I return jewelry on sale?
All items on sale do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
What happens if my sandals break during shipping?
We understand how disappointing and frustrating it can be to receive your pair of sandals and have it be damaged in any way. Breakage can happen on occasion during shipment, and we are dedicated to ensuring that you receive only the best product. Bare Sandals will be happy to fix any issues with your order. Please send us an email with your issue to customerservice@mybaresandals.com, include your order number and a photo. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a response. We will either fix the jewelry or send you a replacement.
What happens if I change my mind about my order?
No problem. Simply return your order back to us within 30 days of delivery, and we will issue you a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your order back in our studio.
Who is responsible for duty and taxes?
The buyer assumes full responsibility for paying any taxes or duties collected by the buyer's country. We are unable to change the value of the shipment on the delivery parcel.
What if I need my order expedited?
We offer 3 different shipping options at the checkout. Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class - your order will be delivered to you within 3 - 5 business days. Priority Mail and Priority Express is also offered at the checkout. Priority Mail ensures your order gets to you within 2 - 3 business days. Priority Express delivers your order within 1 - 2 business days.
