Shipping
Bare Sandals ships domestically and worldwide through USPS. Shipping rates vary depending on your destination. Tracking number is provided upon shipment. Shipment is typically made within 5 - 7 business days from your purchase. 
 
Refunds and Exchanges
Bare Sandals has a 30 day return policy. You may return the product if you:
a. Find a defect
b. Have issues with sizing
c. Not 100% satisfied with your purchase 
If you would like to return the sandals, please send us an e-mail within 30 days of your purchase, explaining why you would like to return the sandals ( customerservice@bare-sandals.com ). 
Next, you must return the sandals to our warehouse. You are responsible to pay for your own postage. Our warehouse is located at:

Upon the receipt of the sandals, we will issue a 100% refund.  
Additional Policies and FAQs
It takes anywhere from 5 - 7 business days to process all orders. Shipment will be made as soon as your order is processed. You will be notified via e-mail when your order ships. You will be given a tracking number along with the confirmation e-mail.
Bare Sandals is not responsible for any lost packages due to postal services.
Please be advised that all of our products are made with very small materials and any rough handling may damage the sandals. In addition, be advised that children under the age of 12 are not encouraged to be wearing Bare Sandals. The sandals may break and the beads may be swallowed, providing a choking hazard for small children. In case of such situation, Bare Sandals is not responsible for any personal damages.
